What Al-QURAN says about “Praising of ALLAH”
1: 2. All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
Shakir's Quran Translation

10: 9. Surely (as for) those who believe and do good, their Lord will guide them by their faith; there shall flow from beneath them rivers in gardens of bliss.

10:10. Their cry in it shall be: Glory to Thee, O Allah! and their greeting in it shall be: Peace; and the last of their cry shall be: Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
Shakir's Quran Translation

34: 1. (All) praise is due to Allah, Whose is what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, and to Him is due (all) praise in the hereafter; and He is the Wise, the Aware.

34: 2. He knows that which goes down into the earth and that which comes out of it, and that which comes down from the heaven and that which goes up to it; and He is the Merciful, the Forgiving.

Conclusion:
From the above verses it is very clear that those who think they have to be praised or people who think they should be praised it should be important for themselves that, all praises belong to ALLAH (swt), no one have to be allowed to think like this otherwise he /she will do the sin..
